Sahya is the second son and fourth-born of the God-Children. He was the master of the wind upon his creation. When the races were to be born, Sayha breathed the power of wind into the form given him, and thus was the Arterias created.
When Gran Kain came to Sayha to create Humans, he was given the spirit of the wild and violent wind.
