Nerkas is a level 22 Demon quest monster found in the Elven Ruins dungeon. He is a follower of Beleth and has lead a group of other demons into the Elven Ruins.[1] It is unclear what their true purpose is in the ruins. Priest Biotin believes Nerkas will usher in a greater evil if allowed to remain. [2]
